General Settings
Invoice management
Administrative tools for syncing individual records on demand, cleaning up invoices, and reviewing which QuickBooks Desktop payment terms the resolver recognizes.
Sync by QBD ID
Pull a single record directly from QuickBooks Desktop by its QBD ID.
Sync customer
Refreshes one customer record from QBD.
Sync invoice
Refreshes one invoice and its payment schedule from QBD.
Sync payments
Re-syncs receive payments to QBD for one invoice by invoice QBD ID.
Payment Terms
Terms supported by the resolver. Matching is done by term_id — names and IDs come from QuickBooks Desktop and can't be changed here. Edit a term to change its Portal Label, installment count, due day offset, or the Active / Prepaid flags.

Term IDs QuickBooks Desktop has sent that the resolver doesn't recognize yet. Only the ID and name are known — the Due Date Logic and Installment Breakdown must be filled in before the resolver can apply them. Until then, invoices with these terms fall back on a default term and generate warnings.
